Stadium Code of Conduct
AT&T Stadium Management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. The following Code of Conduct is enforced for all events at AT&T Stadium and applies to the stadium, the outdoor plazas and the stadium parking lots.
Behaviors that may result in immediate ejection without warning include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or illegal in nature.
- Abusive, foul, offensive or disruptive language and obscene gestures or clothing, to include the use of such language, gestures or clothing concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
- Verbal or physical harassment of all fans, stadium staff, officials, team personnel and players.
- Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures.
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol or substance consumption.
- Throwing objects of any kind.
- Unreasonably obstructing the view of other patrons.
- Smoking inside the stadium. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the stadium only.
- Entry into a restricted or unauthorized area or an area for which an individual does not have an appropriate ticket, pass or credential.
- Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat.
- Ticket scalping or the sale of tickets at any price on stadium property.
- Trespassing, soliciting, peddling or loitering on stadium property.
- Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting.
- Any disruption to the progress of the event by the individual’s actions (including throwing objects onto the field).
- Any action deemed dangerous or inappropriate.
- Conduct that results in damage to the stadium or other personal property.
- Failure to comply with instructions of law enforcement, guest services, security personnel and other stadium personnel.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for the foregoing behaviors. If a guest violates the Code of Conduct and fails to identify themselves to stadium personnel, the guest is subject to penalty, including having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from the stadium or arrested. Ejected guests are not welcome to return for the remainder of the event and may be subject to further disciplinary action, including required completion of a Code of Conduct class, the revocation of future tickets and becoming subject to an NFL league-wide ban. All ticket holders of record, including Season Ticket Holders, are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
